These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and db22 ("db22", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the db22 website located at https://db22.io and all associated services, games, and features offered through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number for OTP verification.

One Account Per Player: Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one Account on db22. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts belonging to the same individual is a breach of these Terms. db22 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts identified, and to withhold any funds or winnings accumulated across those accounts.

Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration and throughout the life of your Account remains accurate and up to date. db22 may require you to re-verify your identity or update your information at any time. If db22 discovers that registration information provided was false, misleading, or incomplete, your Account may be suspended immediately.

Account Verification (KYC): As part of our commitment to security and responsible gaming, db22 may request identity verification documents including a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification, along with proof of address, before processing withdrawal requests or approving access to promotional offers.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is presented.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per player, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts will result in account suspension.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each offer is stated in that offer's terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be used within the validity period communicated at the time of the offer. Unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
